Welcome to the Kenswed Scholarship 2026 Grade 10 Application Process.

We are pleased that you are considering applying for the Kenswed Scholarship for Senior School. This scholarship is intended to support students who have demonstrated academic potential and are in genuine financial need. We commend your interest and encourage you to carefully review the information below to ensure your application is complete and submitted on time.

1. Application Period and Deadline
   Applications will be accepted from 15th to 20th December 2025.
   All applications must be submitted no later than 20th December 2025.
   Late submissions will not be considered.
2. Application Fees
   The application form is free of charge.
   No fees are required for interviews or any stage of the application process.
   Applicants are advised to ignore and report any requests for payment related to this scholarship.
3. Eligibility Criteria
   Applicants must have completed the KJSEA examination.
   For Grade 10 consideration, students must have attained Meeting Expectations (ME1) and above.
   ME1 (AL 6): 58–74% = 6 points (Good).
4. Purpose of the Application Form
   The information provided in this application will assist the Kenswed Scholarship Selection Board in assessing the applicant's academic performance and financial need.
5. Accuracy and Completion of the Form
   All sections of the application form must be completed accurately, honestly, and in full.
   Incomplete or misleading information will result in disqualification.
6. Required Documents for Online Submission
   Applicants must upload clear scanned copies or photographs of the following documents:
   • KJSEA / KNEC results slip (signed and stamped by the Junior School)
   • Three most recent Junior School report forms, including KPSEA results
   • Copy of death certificate (if one or both parents are deceased)
   • Evidence of previous financial support, if applicable
   • Copy of the applicant's birth certificate
   • Recommendation letters from the Head Teacher/Principal, Provincial Administration, Religious Leader, and any other recognized community leader
7. Interview Process
   Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted and invited for an interview at the school.
   Applicants invited for interviews must present original documents and photocopies of all submitted documents.
8. Important Notices
   Submission of an application form does not guarantee scholarship award.
   Providing false information will result in immediate disqualification.
9. Final Decision
   The Kenswed Scholarship Board reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the selection of scholarship beneficiaries.
10. Mode of Submission
    Applications must be submitted online only.
    No physical application forms will be accepted.
